Founder & Personal Trainer

Health and fitness have been his passion for years, always reading articles and discovering new techniques. He trained athletics for over 8 years, played soccer and practiced kickboxing. In 2014 he turned his passion into a career. Qualified as a personal trainer. Over the past years he qualified as a TRX instructor level 1 & TRX force instructor. At the beginning of 2017 he decided to get enrolled in another personal training qualification and in October 2017 moved premises to Mriehel. He continuously strives to improve his personal development to improve the services at Core.



Personal Trainer

Qualified Personal Trainer since 2016, he joined Core team in May 2017 fulfilling his dream to help others achieve their goals and feel good about themselves. Rodrick’s qualification background are a level 4 diploma in personal training by OCE, Rocktape movement coach level 1, Rock doc FMT 1 and 2, Mcast introduction to nutrition. Rodrick himself passed through a history of weight loss so he can perfectly empathize with clients undergoing the same process. Rodrick competed in amateur wrestling, power lifting in 2014, crossfit throwdown qualifying’s in 2015 and started OCR in 2016.



Pilates & Zumba Instructor

Always a performer and loves to teach, holds the OCR/RSA Fitness Teaching Certificate, UK, the EFA & IFAS International Pilates Teachers Certificate from Nyon, Switzerland as well as the Official Zumba Instructor Certificate from ZIN in Rome, Italy. As a Fitness and Pilates teacher she has worked in leading Leisure Centers with popular classes for clients of all ages. Recent career achievements include choreography for FM theatre production’ Fiddler On The Roof’ performed at the Manoel Theatre in February 2014.



Yoga Teacher

In 2016 she had a lot of back pain due to bad body posture and alignment and decided to try yoga. After her first class, she fell in love with it. After 2 months she started a yoga teaching course and learned about the history, the yoga philosophy, anatomy and the yoga poses. The yoga poses assisted me to improve the metabolism, healed my back pains and improved my concentration.
