CROSS-TRAINING

The aim of this class is to increase fitness. We focus on functional varied movements executed at high intensity. Our coaches will guide you through a warm-up, a skill development or strength segment, followed by a high intensity workout at the end and a period of mobility/flexibility. This class is a combination of cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. Suitable for all fitness levels.

SPARTAN

A full body boot-camp workout focusing on increasing power, speed, strength and agility. These workouts really push your limits, burn a lot of calories and are designed for absolute beginners to the complete athlete. Expect challenging calisthenic movements, battle ropes, kettlebells, tyres, slam balls and much more. We use functional movements to get an absolute brutal body workout. Work alone, in pairs or compete in teams. Every workout is varied and new. Regardless of injury, restrictions and ability we adapt all classes to the participant’s fitness levels.

HIIT

This workout is an exercise strategy that alternates periods of short intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide enhanced athletic performance, improve glucose metabolism and efficient fat burning. Our 45 min high intensity workout will challenge your body and change your body. All levels are welcome.

META-CIRCUIT

Classic old-school full body circuit training, working alone, in pairs or in teams. This class is made up of 10 stations and 3 rounds, ending with a finisher. It includes a big range of exercises so it keeps the body guessing. We start with a warm up section. We get you moving and working through a series of stretches and movement patters. The actual workout will encompass all the big primary functional movements including: squats, lunges, pushes, pulling, bending, twisting, hitting, jumping, running, throwing, climbing. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Not just physical training to be more flexible, stronger and fit. It allows you to discover a sense of wholeness in your life. Yoga will also improve the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. Some of the many benefits of yoga are increases energy levels, concentration, positive attitude, reduces weight, reduces blood pressure, reduces tension in muscles and also depression.

PILATES

Whole body training that develops the sense of balance, increases joint mobility, forms muscles while stretching them, strengthens the spine muscles and helps to keep correct posture. The strengthening exercises are excellent for increasing and improving core muscles. Pilates also helps muscles to prepare child birth, and after pregnancy it is one of the best ways to regenerate separated abdominal muscles.
