The Workout of the day! The aim of this class is to increase fitness. We focus on functional varied movements executed at high intensity. Our coaches will guide you through a warm-up, a skill development or strength segment, followed by high intensity workout at the end and a period of mobility/flexibility. Every movement can be scaled. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Aim of this class is to improve your cardiovascular endurance whilst burning loads of calories in the process. Aerobic/endurance training involves moderate to vigorous physical activity that results in an elevated heart rate for a sustained period of time. With this workout expect to sweat! Suitable for burning fat and building muscle in the process. We use our own body weight and other equipment like skipping ropes, battle ropes, rowing etc. Suitable to any level of fitness.

Our core muscles stabilize our spine and help us improve posture, apart from helping us train better and safely by preventing injuries. We will lift weights focusing on compound movements like squats, pull-ups, deadlifts etc. We will be combining exercises together to target even more muscles at one go. This workout routine will start with high repetitions and low weight whilst reducing the repetitions and increasing weight week after week. It is suitable for people that want to increase muscle and strength but also want to burn fat. Good for any fitness level.
