The aim of this class is to increase fitness. We focus on functional varied movements executed at high intensity. Our coaches will guide you through a warm-up, a skill development or strength segment, followed by high intensity workout at the end and a period of mobility/flexibility. Every movement can be scaled. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Aim of this class is to improve your cardiovascular endurance whilst burning loads of calories in the process. Aerobic/endurance training involves moderate to vigorous physical activity that results in an elevated heart rate for a sustained period of time. With this workout expect to sweat! Suitable for burning fat and building muscle in the process. We use our own body weight and other equipment like skipping ropes, battle ropes, rowing etc. Suitable to any level of fitness.
This workout aims on strengthening our core muscles. Core muscles create a solid base for your body, allowing you to stay upright and stand strong on your two feet. Our core muscles stabilize our spine and help us improve posture, apart from helping us train better and safely by preventing injuries. In this workout expect to strengthen and train your lower back, hips, abdomen, pelvis, to reduce belly fat and helping in sculpting and giving definition to your abs.
This class is about stretching in order to prevent injury, improve your athletic performance, recover better, improve posture, proper body alignment and achieve better functional range of motion and flexibility. We will include a combination of stretching, foam rolling and muscle pain release. Our primary tools will be foam rollers, bands, lacrosse balls and mats. This class in an excellent option as an active recovery on your rest day.
